One of the most defining chapters of James's life is his experience as a living kidney donor — a deeply personal act of sacrifice he now uses to disciple others in listening, living sacrificially, loving, and responding to God's precise direction in their walk of faith.
In 2019, James helped coordinate the Truth At Work Conference alongside Tim Couet, hosting Dr. Voddie Baucham for a two-day event focused on leadership, marriage, faith, and accountability.
James's healthcare career spans operations, medical technology, wellness, telehealth innovation, aging-in-place strategies, care coordination, and voluntary benefits — built over two decades alongside nationally recognized names in healthcare. His subject matter expertise includes custom medical devices, DME, sleep, respiratory, monitoring, chronic care management, home modifications, and healthcare navigation. His work has extended internationally, including Latin American business development for DeVilbiss Healthcare.
